Bad Penguin put this questionnaire up, and since I’m on vacation and being lazy, I figured I’d go ahead and answer the questions rather than thinking up something of my own. It turned out to be a fairly comprehensive review of 2008, including some stuff I had forgotten, like what I did on my birthday. Lucky for me I can look stuff up in this handy-dandy blog.

This does not sum up my year at all, doesn’t really sum up any of my years but it sticks in my mind forcefully……
Kid Rock’s All Summer Long "we were trying different things, we were smoking funny things, makin’ love down by the lake all summer long" or something like that….
Bob Carlisle’s Butterfly Kisses which my cousin walked down the aisle to a few weeks ago instead of the traditional wedding march "
"Walk my down the aisle, Daddy-it’s just about time."
"Does my wedding gown look pretty, Daddy? Daddy, don’t cry!"
And, The Beetles, "I’m a Believer" which is the song my cousin left the wedding aisle to "Then I saw her face
Now I’m a believer."
Here’s to a great 2009 for all of us. Happy New Year!
