Slide1

I wrote my “best of” posts pretty much in succession in a couple of days time.  My plan was that by not having to worry about a post until now I would be ready to give you the best post of 2009…head into 2010 with a bright ray of awesomeness and all would be right with the world.

Except, I can’t come up with anything.

I’ve cleaned up my inbox.  I’ve cleaned up files and folders on my computer.  I’ve cleaned up some blog affairs and now..I’m thinking of calling it a night.

I have been fortunate enough to work with a great company in recent months and I do hope the trend continues.  I’m embedding a few of the projects I’ve done recently.

And other than that….Happy New Year

Naturally there are tons more by many more authors but the fact is, I would never stop if I didn’t stop here.  If you have a favorite that you haven’t seen listed here in the last week, by all means, send me their info, I’m going on a commenting spree after the first of the year.

We had a great 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway here and on Education Uncensored.  And, to be honest, most all the company’s and individuals that took part in the Christmas fun have supported me the entire year.  So, without more rambling…I give you…

I have put some of these in alphabetical order and others I’ve grabbed randomly out of my email.  There is no rhyme or reason to the order, just random…

*note, some are linked, some are not, I’m rushing through a lot of projects and figured a mention was better than no Thanks at all

You Can Gum That Lettuce All Day and Never Do Anything With It

“You can gum that lettuce all day and never do anything with it.”

Bama Belle, Southern Charm or Faker

“It’s ok.  It ain’t got nuttin’ on it that matters”

It really is time for me to speak out, as if Tiger Woods is any of my business, that is…

“I remember the exact spot in the road where I was when I heard Magic Johnson

announce to the world that he was HIV positive.  The year?  Not so sure (looked it up, 1991), but the exact spot in the road.  The car I was driving (November 1991, that would mean I was driving a 1988 Buick Regal)?  Nope.  But the spot in the road? EXACTLY!”

The Joys of Living Near Family

“And, I love that my kids feel that love as well.  It’s not some figment of my imagination, they really do feel just as safe here as I always have.

And with that, I’m closing the year here telling you that the last quote is definitely a summary of how grand the year was, broken leg, surgery for broken leg, surgery for TMJ and going on 7 weeks without chewing be damned!  It was a good year!

September 2009

People have gone whacko – how many times have you heard me preach this very sermon? From one of the greatest girls on the internet Nino

We’ll show your kids soft educational porn so they know where babies come from but GOD FORBID WE LET OUR PRESIDENT TALK TO THEM! If you want your child led astray (a day later) (in isolation), sign here, you socialist pig.” – our school district.
