Working it and trying to understand, what do you think?

Big Brother is ending (if you are watching it on DVR that is) and NCIS kicked off tonight.  I was gone to a PTO function and missed both of them and I’m going to watch NCIS when Boy Genius goes to bed.  He watched that while I was gone and then had the nerve to send me a text message telling me a bit of it. 

I was like “shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh” do not tell me anything.  So, I am working on……….wow, I don’t know.  I’m going to continue to work on school functions, I’m going to continue to seek products to review and give away to my readers, look for help for through the the Adopt-a-Classroom program, and I am going to continue to apply as a speaker at conferences. 

Why would I want to do that?  Well, there’s a lot a reasons but mainly because of all the conferences I’ve been to, all the networking that I’ve done, all the fun that I have had, all of that is as awesome as it gets but the time has come for me to look reality in the face.  What do I hope to gain from blogging? 

And, my answer is to educate.  I want to teach, I needed a platform to teach from and by teaching online I have accomplished that in so many ways.  I am a speaker, I am a teacher and I don’t mind telling you the bare bones of how I started writing online in 1999 and now I’m teaching online. 

I’m teaching blogging, I’m successful strategies to manage blogging, product reviews and networking.  So, I’m asking you, if you are filling out a survey which is asking you to suggest speakers, I’d love to share my experiences with you and I can assure you, you will get every piece of information I can give you. 

So, write down your questions and shoot them to me.  I’ve answered some already so by all means, just with the questions and I will go with the answers….either now on my blog or later on a panel, just ask until your heart is content….in the meantime….I’ll be filling out speaker forms, tweeting, networking, and trying to raise money to help my son’s school.……
