Necco Wavers! And, the Crowd Goes Wild – Closed – all comments left after noon on the 10th are invalid

I received an offer to try some Necco Wafers and I was like, “sounds good to me, I like food”.  And, as usual, I pondered it in my head while I waited on the arrival of the goodies.  Then, I mentioned to my husband that I was waiting on “Necco Wafers”. The man acted as if I had just suggested we had won the Cold War or were waiting on a package of gold.

I was shocked.  This man is so picky about food but his candy, well, not so much.  And, so together, we waited.  When the box arrived, he was at worked.  I opened it, did a taste test and then figured it best I hide them lest my children demolish 5 pounds of candy before he could arrive home.  (I don’t know if it was really 5 pounds, that’s just me being silly and guessing and…really my kids could demolish that in minutes).

When he walked in from work that day, looking as if he had been beat with a greasy stick, I offered up, “Necco Wafers”.  And, all was made right with the world.  He took the box and headed to the Jacuzzi (yea I know but the man can lay in that thing for hours and eat, not just candy, this was just a special treat).

3. The winner will be given 48 hours to reply with a mailing address and then another winner will be chosen.
4. The winner will be chosen via Random.org’s Random Integer Function

Mandatory Entry:

The mandatory entry will be for the reader to tell me about your previous experiences with Necco Wafers or to tell me why you would like to try them if you have never had them before.

Extra Entries:
