Yes, Michael Jackson is still being smeared all over my television.  I have been mesmerized by him and that’s pretty pitiful if you just want to know because I probably never listened to him this much when he was alive.  That just goes to show you that you don’t know what you got til it’s gone.

That man was a genius and I am currently watching the BET Awards, a show that I would have NEVER even entertained watching had this tragedy not occurred.  But, as I sit and watch, I’m reminded over and over how bashful everyone says Michael Jackson was.

How can a man who was grabbing his crotch, dancing as vulgar as ever and hanging out with a monkey be so bashful?  I am pretty eccentric.  Not as eccentric as MJ seemed to be but the fact is, I am really out going and very rarely do I find myself in a situation that is awkward and that I don’t know what to say to.

And, I can only tell you that I a reminded of my favorite blogger right now, Jenny, The Bloggess is very much like Michael.  She writes with the balls of an elephant but even I embarrassed her when I realized I was standing beside her and without hesitation, I yelled, “JennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnY!”

She bowed her head and bowed her shoulders, just looking out the corner of her eyes to see if anyone noticed.  I just knew that she was going to be somewhere being loud and rowdy.  Instead, she was quite and shy.

Later when I saw her on stage, she had on a long blonde wig.  UH?  How could someone whose 3writing skills are above talented and always on the edge be so shy she is wearing a wig on stage?

So, for all of you out there (including you Jenny) wondering how in the hell I went from Michael Jackson to Jenny The Bloggess…….all I can say is, beats me but it was just a notion I had………….Sorry Jenny, I just could find a way to compare you to Farrah……or Billy Mays either….
