I’m struggling to be nice about this….
On Christmas Eve, it was raining to the point of fog strangling. Honestly, the wind was blowing and most of our lights ended up across the yard headed toward some brush. It really was an ugly weather day.
About midnight as Santa went to our truck to retrieve a couple of gifts that were hidden there, he returned with this envelope. An envelope which had been left on my deck, uncovered deck mind you (as if it would have mattered) The package was delivered FedEx sometime between 3:00 PM and midnight. And, we had been at home the whole time. After all, who wants to deal with all that rain and wind.
All three automobiles were unlocked by the way, my mom’s deck is covered, the delivery people around here know to choose the placement of their packages often. I talked to the UPS delivery person a few months back and I even told the FedEx lady that I was expecting several packages. The thing is, FedEx is so unorganized that they come to my house with packages more than once a day. And, if you’ve read about how deep in the woods I live, you know, that’s insane.
Anyway, I promptly try to rip the package open. And, with that, the important papers in the packages started to pour. I had to lay it out on a towel to dry for 2 days before I could so anything with it. Ridiculous.
I”m not sure why certain companies choose to use certain delivery methods but this is the same people (FedEx) who drug the box containing my upside down tree across the wet deck because she obviously wasn’t strong enough to pick it up. He was only 4 foot tall and I picked it up, it wasn’t that heavy.
But this package she left and didn’t even bother to knock to let us know she was outside……it was a mess. Three unlocked empty autos she could have put it in, what is wrong with FedEx, have they lost their mind.
Just look at this mess…
