We are going to finally bite the bullet, shopping deals need to be found

The time has drawn to a point where there is really no looking back.  Our dishwasher is dead as a doornail.  I was on the team of moms that received appliances and I was on the dishwasher team.  However, there was a hold up with them and I was able to choose other appliances.  And, after checking all the shopping deals out there, we decided to go with the washer and dryer in that campaign.  I was hopeful that they would see my hot-wired dishwasher and have mercy on me.  Oh well, no cigar.

We made the decision during the holidays not to purchase for one another and only for the kids in the name of a few household necessities and hopefully a spring vacation.  I finally asked my husband tonight though if he wanted to just take the plunge now and the dishwasher.  He looked at me, like he never wanted to hear about dishwashers again, and said, yes, I’ll go check out the shopping prices available.

And as he wont to do, he often finds so many other items than the one he is suppose to be in search of.  And, I knew I was in trouble when he asked “do you want to look at these freezers too?”  NO!  We have a freezer, why would I want to look at another one?  He drives me crazy with his sell, buy new mentality.  Anyway, he did find a dishwasher that I think we can both live with.  And, since we had to take our cabinets out, now is the time to buy one that we want and then go back to the plan of building cabinets slowly.

So, listen up folks.  In a few days, I should have a full functioning dishwasher and instead of having to stick my hands in grungy water where he has let them soak..I can put away my nice clean dishes just like before.
