That Baby DVD and That Baby CD

You wanna win a copy for yourself…just read about them here and then decide if you want a copy for yourself.  Basically here’s what I thought…….

It is obvious from the beginning that these were created by a Mom and Dad who knew their stuff when it came to kids.  And, per the fact sheet, they are manufactured in the United States using recyclable materials.  And, they have a no questions asked return poslicy and will even offer free replacements if the discs get scratched, fingerprinted or smeared with peanut butter.  See, I told you that this couple knew a little bit about kids.  The CD’s and DVD’s in my house are more likely to get peanut butter on them than anything.  I wonder how that can happen but doggone it, it just does.

Anyway, my kids are 4 and 6 sometimes they are not really thrilled with making long rides.  And, since we just took a road trip that involved getting lost and going 90 miles in the wrong direction, I was glad to have the CD for them to enjoy.  I am not kidding you, we listened to several CD’s that I have received over the course of the last few years and I sure was glad.

It was kind of ironic to hear my kids singing the songs off of the CD.  Why would it be ironic?  Well, because I listened to the CD about four times and then I broke out my MP3 player and headphones.  That way they could listen to the songs over and over until their heart was content.

And, trust me, it took a long time for their hearts to get content.  The DVD worked because obviously we were at my aunts house and they haven’t had kids in their house in ages.  I didn’t remember to bring anything from home for them to watch and since were sleeping in the floor right in front of the TV, it was nice to have something that was appopriate for them to watch.

So, now…are you wanting a set yourself now?  They retail for $19.95 and naturally that’s an awesome deal since er…they are so valuable.  But, if you want a set for free….I’ve got a set right here just waiting to put in an envelope and mail to someone.
